How do I make a new booking?

Can I purchase event tickets by themselves?
However, Hospitality Packages can often be purchased separately — perfect for local guests, corporate groups, or those who don’t need accommodation or other travel services.
Can my Travel Agent book with you?
Yes — we work with licensed Travel Agents worldwide. You’re welcome to have your agent book with us on your behalf, and our team will liaise directly with them to manage your booking from start to finish.

I don't live in Australia, can I book with you?
Yes, absolutely. Tasmania Golf Travel serves customers from all over the world, travelling to events both in Australia and internationally.
Most of our packages are priced in AUD, but payments can be made in your local currency, which will be converted to AUD at the time of payment.
For some events, pricing may be listed in the local event currency (e.g. GBP for UK events or USD for US events). This allows for fixed pricing and minimal currency fluctuation. Australian customers can still pay in AUD, which will be converted at the time of payment.
Can you book my flights?
Yes. We’re a licensed IATA Agency, which means we can ticket airfares directly with all major airlines. This gives us access to the best available fares and allows our team to manage or amend your flights in real time, ensuring a smooth travel experience from start to finish.
Travelling
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes. We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip, whether local or international. It provides protection against unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, loss, or emergencies.
We offer travel insurance through CHI, with 15% off base policies for Australian residents. Your Travel Consultant can help you choose the right cover, or you’re welcome to use your own provider or a policy linked to your credit card.
Do I need a visa or a visitor permit?
All travellers are responsible for having the correct passport, visas, permits, and certificates required for the countries they will visit. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your trip.
We cannot be held responsible if entry is denied, or if travel services cannot be used due to an ineligible passport or visa.
I have a group, can you help us?
Yes! Tasmania Golf Travel specialises in creating custom-made packages for groups of any size — from friends and corporate groups to large incentive groups. We’ve successfully managed groups of over 300 travellers, ensuring every trip runs smoothly.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Group Travel Consultant to manage your itinerary from start to finish. We can arrange:

Yes! Many of our events are planned years in advance, even though flights and other travel components may not be available until closer to the date.
