The Booking Process is easy and can be done in a few ways either online or via email or over the phone. There are a few steps to the booking process and we need to ensure your party details are confirmed before converting a quote into a booking.

Currencies
All prices are quoted in AUD. We accept payments in AUD, NZD, USD, GBP and EUR. If you select to pay in any currency other than AUD, the package price will be converted at the daily mid-market rate. These prices are subject to exchange rate fluctuations until full payment is received.
Payment Types
We accept payments via two methods:
All payment instructions are outlined on your invoice, including our bank details for transfers, and a secure link to pay online through our portal.
Invoices
Generally our trips are invoiced in two parts:
If your trip is booked within the 90-day range, we require full payment to confirm your booking. All payments are generally non-refundable; and we recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances. See the full terms and conditions here.
The default currency for this event is GBP (£). We accept AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, or NZD on request.
Early-Bird (bookings made before 30 September 2025)
Regular period (bookings made on or after 30 September 2025)
*If your booking includes extra services, alternative payment terms may apply. Specific details will be outlined during the quoting process. For example, independent flights typically require immediate full payment to confirm, while car rentals generally require payment upon vehicle pickup.

Your invoice will include instructions for payment via direct bank transfer (EFT) or secure online credit/debit card payment. Each invoice contains a “Pay Now” link directing you to a secure payment portal for quick and easy card payments.
Invoices can be issued and paid in AUD, USD, GBP, EUR, or NZD. If you would like to pay in a different currency to the default currency for this event, please contact our team to request an updated invoice. The total will be converted at the best available mid-market exchange rate, with updated payment instructions provided.
